The Bailey website revamp was a holistic transformation project designed to enhance usability, align with brand identity, and integrate modern functionalities. As the project lead, I managed every aspect, from vendor selection to technical implementation, ensuring a seamless and impactful result.
Key contributions included:
Vendor Collaboration: Sourced, vetted, and partnered with a website development vendor, guiding design and functionality through extensive discovery and immersion sessions to reflect Bailey’s brand values.
Content Creation: Authored all website copy, ensuring consistent messaging and SEO optimization. Sourced imagery, including custom photography to achieve an authentic, professional visual identity.
Technical Implementation: Configured email routing for form notifications, working alongside IT to ensure reliable communication flow. Set up essential plugins, including Wordfence, Yoast SEO, and Gravity Forms, to optimize security, search visibility, and user engagement.
E-Commerce Integration: Implemented the Used Equipment e-commerce platform by collaborating with our fleet management vendor, Rouse. Developed and documented an SOP for internal teams to streamline equipment uploads.
SEO and Metadata: Managed backend SEO, including metadata configuration and keyword optimization, to improve search engine visibility and enhance site performance.

The revamped website comprises approximately 50 pages, excluding blog posts, covering various aspects of Bailey's services and offerings.

The campaign targeted teenagers and young adults, highlighting CNA training as a quick, accessible path into healthcare careers. The initiative resulted in over 30 video deliverables, customized for cross-platform functionality on TikTok, Instagram, and other social media platforms.
